MDB Facility

There are two hearts in MDB industries, the 4-axis CNC router and the 7-head moulder. Close to 90% of all projects that pass through the shop are processed by one of those machines. But the supporting cast is impressive and important as well. The following are just some of the more industrial and unusual machines in the shop, but certainly not everything.

• 30HP Torit/Donaldson baghouse dust collector
• 37” Ramco Abrasive planer capable of 1/8” deep cut per pass
• 28” double sided planer with spiral heads
• 16” fully automated up-cut saw with CNC fence.
• SCMI M3 gang-rip straightline saw
• Sicar 6X9 moulder with 2 fence side heads, top or bottom 6th head, and true universal 7th head with 270 degress of rotation around bed.
• 20” Delta bandsaw converted to resaw with modified resaw feeder
• 5X10 Techno CNC router with 4th axis for rotary machining, indexing, or lathe cutting
• 16” Moak Table saw
• 7.5 HP tilting, sliding table shaper
• 6' x 8' Spray booth
